- 3rd Time conviction: Up to $5,000 in fines, up to 12 months jail time, loss of license up to 10 year, and DUI school.
- 4th Time conviction: not less than $10,000 in fines, up to 5 years jail time, permanent loss of license, and DUI school.
Florida DUI Penalties also states that if a person has three or more DUIs in a ten year period, it will be equated as a felony. Fines can increase up to $5,000 and an additional five years in jail.
