- Dui Manslaughter With No Prior DUI Related Conviction: (Permanent Revocation): Hardship re-licensing DUI education completion required.
- Manslaughter, DUI Serious Bodily Injury, or Vehicular Homicide: (Minimum 3 year Revocation)
Convicted Who Miss the Revocation Period Deadlin: Must enroll in DUI school and pass the driver license examinations to be re-licensed. Failure to complete the school within 90 days after such reinstatement will result in cancellation of the license until the school is completed.
Florida DUI School classes are designed to train the offenders on the rules of driving safely, especially in reference to driving after alcohol consumption. The accredited schools have specialist on staff and their main intent is to cover the training of safe driving applications.
In addition to the required DUI school completion, a person convicted of a DUI in Florida can face fines ranging from $250 to $10,000, jail terms up to five years and possible permanent loss of driving privileges.
