State of Florida DUI – Fines

  • 1st conviction $250 to $500.  If a minor in vehicle or more than .20% BAC  $500 to $1,000 plus community service.
  • 2nd conviction $500 to $1,000.  If a minor in vehicle or more than .20% BAC $1,000 to $2,000 plus community service.
  • 3rd conviction in 10 years up to $5,000.  If a minor in vehicle or more than .20% BAC not less than $2,000 plus community service.
  • 4th conviction or more, not less than $1,000.  If a minor in vehicle or more than .20% BAC not less than $2,000 plus community service.

State of Florida DUI – Jail Time

  • 1st conviction up to 6 months.  If a minor in vehicle or more than .20% BAC up to 9 months.
  • 2nd  conviction up to 9 months.  If a minor in vehicle or more than .20% BAC up to 12 months.
  • 3rd conviction up to 12 months.  If conviction within 10 years mandatory 30 days jail time.
  • 4th conviction up to 5 years.
